Load, Stitch, Stage
Continuous flow-through operation minimizes handling and keeps bottlenecks out of the pre-hung line.

1. Load
The operator sets the jamb and stop against the end points on the shelf. The top of the jamb is the reference, so lengths can change from piece to piece.

2. Stitch
A press of the foot pedal starts the sequence: the Stinger aligns the stop and applies the programmed fastening pattern while power feeding the assembly through the machine.

3. Stage
Finished assemblies exit automatically onto a racking system for orderly staging and easy transfer to a cart.
Key Features
Two Independent Sides
The left and right sides run independently and at the same time, so multiple operators can work the machine for up to 8 jambs per minute per side.
No Changeover
Different jamb and header lengths, and square-cut or mitered stops, run without any machine adjustment. Each jamb is handled individually for maximum flexibility.
Consistent Reveal
Stop placement stays consistent regardless of jamb variations, with rapid reveal conversions between 1⅜" and 1¾" doors.
Touch Screen Control
Change fastener spacing patterns quickly, and adjust machine settings, run diagnostics, and troubleshoot from one user-friendly screen.
Low Fastener Indicator
The Stinger warns the operator before the fasteners run out, so a jamb never leaves the machine half stitched.
Nailers or Staplers
Available with brad nailers or staplers to match the fasteners your shop already uses.
