700-DX Frame Assembler
The 700-DX Frame Assembly door machine has pop-up door supports that accommodate any door sill that does not protrude on the interior side of the door frame. The machine is equipped with electronic PLC programmable logic controller so all operations are performed by pressing the same foot pedal, which clamps the head, strike jamb, and sill. After clamping the push of a button fires the staple guns to secure all four corners of the frame, after which the door is fed out to the next machine in the line.
