The Acrobat Metal Door Prehung Door Machine inserts door lights into metal doors, attaches brick moulding, and assembles the door frame. The Acrobat’s design helps to eliminate manual lifting of doors during the assembly process. Doors are rolled into the machine on non-marking wheels, then lights are inserted from the bottom up by depressing a foot switch. The door is then raised and flipped over to assemble the door frame and attach exterior casing. The assembled door unit is then raised to a vertical position for easy off-loading.
