990-F3 Line 2005

Used KVAL door pre-hanging line, ready to run. The line feeds, sizes, machines, and frames a door in one flow:

• ON-3 Door Feeder (SN05-35-013): Lifts individual doors from a stack and places them on a powered roll table. Feeds flush doors up to 4 ft wide by 8 ft long, in heights from 6’-6” to 8’-0” with no adjustment. Cycle time is about 20 seconds.
• 555 Door Sizer (SN00-80-128): Sizes doors to the correct width and bevel before machining, so the pre-hanger always gets a clean, square door.
• 990-F3 Door Pre-Hanging Machine (SN05-12-177): Routes the door and jamb for three hinges and the lock, and attaches the hinges. Typical cycle time is 40 to 55 seconds. Hinge size changes between 3-1/2” and 4” are tool-free. Handles 1-3/8” interior and 1-3/4” exterior doors.
• 700-C Frame Assembly Machine (SN05-46-298): Clamps the door and jambs, then staples the jambs to the header with up to four staple guns. Two-hand palm button controls. Adjustable for doors from 18” to 4’ wide, with a standard 6’8” length capacity.

Every machine in the line has a UL-built electrical panel.
