Orders & Shipping: Once you place an order with Kval, Inc. if received by 2pm (Pacific Standard Time), and the item is in stock, it will normally ship the same business day. Kval sets very high standards in subsequent departments to meet the shipping schedule set forth herein, but does not guarantee that in all cases. In any event and unless expressly indicated otherwise by Kval, the delivery terms are indicative only, and understand that the delivery term does not constitute an essential element of purchase. Except in case of gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, Kval shall not be liable for (the consequences of) any shipping delay. Kval reserves the right to ship partial deliveries (and backorder partial orders).
The risk for loss of, or damage to, the parts shall pass to the customer at the moment of shipment of the goods.

|Restocking Fee||Returned manufactured products are subject to a 15% restocking fee and applied when Kval incurs additional costs due to customer ordering error, or manufactured parts ordered for a service related issue and subsequently returned.|

|Required Markings||Using a good marker or pen clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the carton: RMA #____. In case of damage during shipment it is also highly recommended that a separate sheet of paper with the RMA number on it be placed inside the carton.|

If you wish to return your order to Kval, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA); you may obtain an RMA by contacting Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org, and have your order number or account information available. Returns will only be accepted within 45 days of delivery with an RMA. Return items must be new, in the original packaging, and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse, or alteration. Failure to meet these conditions may cause denial of your return request and parts will not be shipped back to you. If we accept your return, we will refund your purchase price, less the cost of a) (re)shipping and b) a restocking fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price. Some items may not be eligible for return. Returns after 45 days of purchase, or without a Kval Inc. issued RMA number, will not be accepted.
Custom upgrades for Kval machines (sold post machine build) are non-refundable. Part numbers that contain “UPK” are considered an upgrade and have high costs associated, and made for a specific customer or serial number specific. In most cases, customer upgrades are not resalable and therefor a non-refundable item.

It is your responsibility to inspect all products on receipt to verify that they are consistent with your order, as to conformity, quantity, and quality. Complaints regarding order discrepancies must be reported in writing within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the ordered products. You must keep such products available for inspection by Kval, and undertake all necessary and reasonable measures to avoid and limit any damage. The use or conversion of the products by you implies the irrevocable acceptance of the products. The repair, replacement, or payment in the manner described above shall be the exclusive remedy of Buyer for breach of Kval’s warranty or for claims based upon failure of or defect in the products regardless of when the failure or defect arises, and whether a claim, however described, is based upon contract, warranty, indemnity, tort/extra contractual liability including negligence, strict liability or otherwise.
Normal wear and tear, and deterioration during use shall not constitute a defect in material or manufacture under this limited warranty.
In no event is Kval liable for any consequential, incidental, special or indirect damages whatsoever (including without limitation personal injury, property damage, lost profits or other economic injury) even if Kval has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or any damages or loss attributable to incorrect use or abuse of the products, including but not limited to, inadequate or improper maintenance or unauthorized alteration.

Depending on the method of shipment, we may require a signature on delivery. If you request delivery with no signature required, Kval cannot be held liable for any damage or loss for a package left without signature.
If a delivery carrier fails to deliver your order on time, or loses an order, we will file a claim on your behalf, but will not be liable for the loss. Kval does not reimburse for a late package unless a claim is approved by our carriers.
Please check FedEx and UPS money-back guarantees for the most recent policy. When placing an order, please let us know if you recommend one carrier over another. Also, when shipping a product over 80lbs, the Service Guarantee does not apply.
Refunds usually take from 3 to 10 business days to process. The refund will be issued via the billing method the customer used to purchase the product.
