Handler 2008

The KVAL Handler Door Feeder automatically feeds doors from a 65” high stack onto a powered roll table with cross transfer belts to align the door to a rigid fence for feeding to the next machine in the line. The Handler will feed 1-3/8” or 1-3/4” doors that are a maximum of 3’6” x 8’0” weighing up to 150 pounds. Flush, molded, or stile & rail door can be fed using the Handler. The door is clamped on the top and bottom, lifted, and laterally transported over the feed table. The door is then lowered onto the powered roll table, which will move it to the next machine in the line when the “clear to feed” signal is received. All door contact points are padded to avoid any damage to doors. Conical set screws are used on the top and bottom edge of the door for a positive grip.
